Everything We Want To Eat Seasoning

Everything bagel seasoning is everything we want to eat–it’s the perfect balance of garlic and salt, plus the crunchiness of sesame seeds. Trader Joe’s famously sells everything but the bagel seasoning by the jar, but we figured that it’s easy enough to make at home and we weren’t wrong. Just a few tablespoons here of dried garlic and dried onion, a good kosher or sea salt, and a scoop of sesame seeds and you’re on your way to jazzy salad and popcorn toppings and avocado toast sprinkles.

Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Recipe Ideas

Everything bagel seasoning is made for the sprinkling and we’ve rounded up some of our favorite candidates for a good dusting. You could easily use it on our Herby, Seedy Butter Lettuce Salad with Tahini Dressing or Cucumber Salad, and Six-Minute Eggs are great with a little extra love. Our brains immediately think of lox when we think of everything bagels, so it’s obvious that everything bagel seasoning would also be great over our Salmon Bites with Wasabi Mayo or to zhush up Perfect Poached Chicken. Still have some everything but the bagel seasoning to use up? Next time you make a Roasted Cauliflower and Hummus Bowl or Whipped Feta Dip (with bagel or pita chips on the side!) you can finish it with a little sprinkle. We have a hunch that The Best Egg Salad Sandwich might be even better with some everything bagel seasoning. And if you’re going for all out brunch vibes, let’s talk about everything bagels with Eggs Benedict, Sausage Breakfast Casserole, and Baked French Toast for the full spread!

I like to leave out the salt and add poppy seeds! Black sesame seeds are a good addition too.

    Yum!
