In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, garlic powder, salt, artichoke hearts, spinach and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Stir until combined.
Spread ingredients out in an ovenproof skillet or a small 8 x 8 baking dish.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 30 minutes until dip begins to bubble. Serve warm or at room temp with bread or chips.
